About the Daman Games Guide
Who we are, how we test, and the rules we hold ourselves to when writing about a high-risk, real-money gaming category.
What this site is
The Daman Games Guide is an independent informational resource about the Daman colour-prediction game in India. We publish practical guides — how to log in, download the app, understand the bonus, and judge whether the game is safe — written for ordinary players, not industry insiders.
We are not a government body, a regulator, or the official operator, and we do not claim to be affiliated with any of them. Where a page links out to register or download, that is clearly marked.
How we test
Our guides come from hands-on use, not copy-paste. For the review, that meant registering an account, depositing a small amount by UPI, playing real rounds, and requesting a withdrawal so we could document the process end to end. When something does not work, we say so.
Our editorial rules
- No fabricated trust signals. We never invent ratings, review counts, licence numbers, or “as seen on” badges. If we cannot verify it, we leave it out.
- Honesty over hype. Colour prediction is gambling with a house edge; we will not pretend it is an earning scheme.
- Responsible gaming first. Every guide carries an 18+ note and links to our responsible gaming resources.
- Corrections welcome. Spotted something out of date? Tell us via the contact page and we will fix it.
Who writes these guides
Articles are produced by the Daman Games Editorial Team, a small group that researches and fact-checks every page in English and Hindi. The team focuses on player-safety topics: account access, app safety, payment flows, and the realities of the colour-prediction category in India.
Our fact-checking methodology
Every factual claim we publish goes through a verification step before it appears on the site. Claims about game mechanics (probabilities, payout ratios) are checked against the game's own rules and our hands-on testing. Claims about legal status are cross-referenced against primary sources — state legislation or court judgements — not other opinion articles. Claims about company information (ownership, registered address) are left out if we cannot verify them, rather than filled with plausible-sounding guesses.
We apply extra scrutiny to anything involving numbers: percentages, version numbers, fee amounts, and bonus conditions all change, so we mark content with a dateModified and revisit it when we receive a correction request or when we re-test the product.
Conflict of interest policy
Some links on this site are affiliate links — they are clearly marked with rel="sponsored nofollow" on the HTML element itself. We may earn a small referral if you register through one. That arrangement is disclosed on every relevant page; it does not give any operator the right to request changes to our review, our verdict, or our responsible-gaming guidance. If you believe a piece of content looks influenced by commercial relationships rather than evidence, write to us and we will address it.
Publication cadence and corrections
Pages are reviewed when: (a) we receive a credible correction via email; (b) we retest the product and find something has changed; or (c) a law or platform term relevant to the page is amended. We do not publish on a fixed calendar schedule — we publish when we have something accurate to say. Every page's dateModified in its metadata reflects the last substantive update, not a cosmetic timestamp refresh.
Language and audience
Our primary content is in English for an Indian audience (en-IN), with a full Hindi guide at Hindi: Kaise Khele. We write for players who are considering Daman for the first time and want a plain-language, honest account — not for industry insiders or affiliate marketers. Jargon is explained when used; risks are stated plainly rather than buried in footnotes.
Questions or corrections?
We keep these guides current. If something looks wrong or out of date, get in touch and we will review it.
